Data Index Time Planning

Checklists only help when they match how you actually spend your hours. We run individual sessions on Personal Time Management and Task Prioritization, then leave you with a written action plan you can follow without guessing.

A checklist before you book time

Planning sessions are built for people who already know their calendar is full yet still miss the tasks that matter. We map obligations, energy patterns, and decision bottlenecks—not generic productivity slogans.

Each meeting ends with a practical written plan: prioritized tasks, time blocks you chose, and clear next steps for the following week.

  • You can name three recurring tasks that keep slipping.
  • You want decisions written down, not held in memory.
  • You prefer one-to-one conversation over group workshops.
  • You can meet in Phuket or join by video from Thailand.

Task prioritization fails when every item looks urgent. We sort work by deadlines, effort, and the outcomes you already said matter.

Written plans are prepared after each session; fees and schedules are confirmed when you inquire.

Sessions from our Phuket office or online

Our office on Chao Fa East Road is available for in-person planning when you want a quiet room and paper notes. Remote sessions use the same structure: agenda sent ahead, live prioritization work, and a follow-up document within a few business days.

We do not sell software subscriptions or pre-recorded courses. The offer is human facilitation plus a tangible plan you can edit as your week unfolds.
