Planning sessions
These sessions are the core of our work: structured conversations that turn a crowded task list into a prioritized plan you can execute. We focus on Personal Time Management and Task Prioritization—not generic coaching language.
What happens in a session
We start from your real calendar: recurring meetings, family obligations, and the tasks you keep postponing. You name constraints; we facilitate ordering and time blocking.
By the end you receive a written action plan covering top priorities, suggested time windows, and decision notes so you are not re-litigating the same choices each morning.

Who benefits
Professionals juggling client work and admin, parents coordinating school and career deadlines, and anyone whose task list outgrew their weekly review habit. If you need software training, this is not the right service—we stay with planning mechanics and prioritization rules you can reuse.
Before we meet
Share your current task list or calendar export if you have one. We send a short agenda so the live time focuses on decisions, not data entry.
After we meet
You receive a written plan document. Follow-up questions by email are welcome within the scope agreed when your session is booked.

Practical limits
Package names, hourly rates, professional credentials, and same-week availability are not fixed on this page. They are proposed when you inquire so we can match session depth to your situation. Paid sessions may be subject to our refund policy.
