Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to inquiries and arranging planning sessions — legitimate interest and, where required, your request to initiate contact.
- Recording cookie preference — consent for the storage choice itself; rejecting cookies does not disable site functionality.
- Compliance with applicable Thai law when retention is required.
How inquiry data is handled
When you submit the contact form, your data is sent via HTTPS as JSON to /api/inquiry on data-index.digital. The submission is handled on our infrastructure solely to read and reply to your message. We do not sell inquiry data.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for disputes or legal obligations. Cookie preference values remain in your browser until you clear site data or change your choice via browser settings.
International transfers
Primary processing occurs in Thailand. If we use email providers or hosting outside Thailand, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.
Your rights
